Terms of Use – Transvia AI Translator

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Transvia AI Translator, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Transvia offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple’s in-app purchase system via RevenueCat.
The available plans and prices are displayed in the App Store and within the app before you confirm your purchase.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID account, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Use of the App

• You may use Transvia only for lawful purposes and personal translation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any text you submit can legally be shared with third-party translation providers.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the app or its translation systems.

3.1 Fair Use and Rate Limiting

To ensure reliable performance and fair access for all subscribers, Transvia may apply reasonable limits on translation requests. These limits are designed to prevent abuse, maintain system stability, and provide a consistent experience for all users. Automated or excessive use, including bulk translation or script-based access, is strictly prohibited. Rate limits may vary over time based on technical or policy updates. We may temporarily restrict or suspend access if your usage exceeds normal limits or affects the overall quality of service.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and software belong to Basel Baragbah or its licensors.
You retain ownership of any text you submit for translation but grant us and our AI providers a limited, temporary license to process it solely for translation purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Transvia AI Translator is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that translations will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for specific uses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transvia’s total liability for any claims related to your use of the app will not exceed the amount you have paid for the subscription during the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Apple ID settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Riyadh Region.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
